A quick Die-Bond Test which requires no sample prep and is executed in seconds. As per Mil Std. 883, Method 2019, the sample is brought in contact with the shear tool by X, Y, Z and rotational adjustments. A shear wedge is forced against the component edge until failure. Excellent for SMD components.
